1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of services offered by Vivid Brook Clay Studio. By booking or attending a class, you accept these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are accepted via our catalog. Payment processing details are provided during checkout; our demo cart does not process live payments. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your contact information and selected dates.

3. Refunds

• Cancellations 7+ days before the start date: full refund or credit.
• Within 7 days: 50% credit; materials fees may be non-refundable.
• No-shows: not eligible for refunds or credits.
• Studio cancellations: full refund or reschedule at your option.

4. Studio Conduct

We maintain a respectful, inclusive environment. We may refuse service to anyone engaging in harassment, unsafe behavior, or property damage.

5. Safety & Risks

Clay and glaze work involve tools, dust, and heat. Follow instructor guidance and posted safety rules. You assume ordinary risks associated with studio activities. Notify us of any allergies or accessibility needs in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

Course materials, lesson plans, and web content are protected by copyright. Personal use is permitted; reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited. You own the physical pieces you make in class.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
